Miami Penthouse Comes with a $3 Million Hypercar: Pagani Enters the Luxury Real Estate Game
Miami's luxury real estate market has reached a new level of extravagance. Italian hypercar manufacturer Pagani is offering a deal that's hard to refuse: purchase one of two exclusive penthouses in the upcoming Pagani Residences and receive a bespoke Pagani Utopia Roadster, dubbed the "Miami Edition," absolutely free.
Sky-High Dreams, Road-Ready Reality: Score a Hyper...
This isn't just a car thrown in as a bonus; it's a meticulously crafted, one-of-a-kind vehicle personally designed by Horacio Pagani himself. The exterior boasts a unique blue hue, hinting at a similarly luxurious interior. Under the hood, the Utopia Roadster packs a Mercedes-AMG sourced twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 engine, delivering a staggering 864 horsepower and 1100 Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a 7-speed manual or a 7-speed automated manual transmission, enabling the roadster to reach a top speed of 350 km/h.
But the perks don't stop at the car
But the perks don't stop at the car. Penthouse buyers will also be whisked away to Modena, Italy, for an exclusive Pagani experience. This includes a private tour of the Horacio Pagani Museum, an immersive experience at the Pagani Atelier, and a personal meeting with Horacio Pagani and the Pagani Arte team. They'll even have the opportunity to personalize their new Miami home to their exact specifications.
The penthouses themselves are located on the 28th and 29th floors of the Pagani Residences, slated for completion in 2027. The $30 million penthouse features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, while the slightly smaller $28.5 million unit offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
While the penthouse-and-hypercar package is undoubtedly the headliner, Pagani Residences offers other units starting at a (relatively) modest $3.7 million. However, these standard residences won't come with the coveted Pagani Utopia.
Pagani's foray into luxury real estate
Pagani's foray into luxury real estate follows in the footsteps of other automotive giants like Porsche and Aston Martin, who have also established residential projects in Miami. Porsche began construction on its tower a decade ago, while Aston Martin's completed tower, standing at an impressive 250 meters, became the city's tallest residential building, housing 391 residences across 61 floors.
With Pagani Residences, the competition for Miami's elite is heating up, offering not just a luxurious home, but a lifestyle steeped in automotive artistry and Italian craftsmanship. The question remains: who will be the lucky few to park a bespoke Utopia Roadster in their brand-new, multi-million dollar Miami penthouse?
