Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak travelled to Riyadh this week to personally support the Turkish national athletes competing in the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games. Accompanied by a delegation including Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu, Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM) Commission for Investigation of the Problems of Individuals with Disabilities and former Minister of Youth and Sports, General Director of Sports Services at the Ministry of Youth and Sports Veli Ozan Çakır, and Turkish Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Emrullah İşler, Minister Bak spent time engaging with the athletes, inquiring about their preparations and offering words of encouragement.
