The latest exam to join the e-exam roster is the Court of Accounts Assistant Auditor Candidacy Elimination Examination (2025-Court of Accounts Elimination), which saw over 4,000 candidates participate electronically on November 1st. The exam was administered at ÖSYM's established e-exam centers in Adana, Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir.

ÖSYM President Prof

ÖSYM President Prof. Dr. Bayram Ali Ersoy emphasized the organization's commitment to expanding the electronic examination system, highlighting its advantages over traditional paper-based tests. "Electronic exams, organized with transparency and reliability as cornerstones, are not only more environmentally friendly but also offer organizational efficiencies," he stated. "Furthermore, candidates benefit from a quicker turnaround time in receiving their results."

This year alone, ÖSYM has already administered 19 exams electronically, including the Pharmacy Specialization Training Entrance Exam (EUS) and the Pharmacy Level Determination Exam (STS-Pharmacy). Looking ahead to 2025, the Electronic Test of English Proficiency (e-TEP), the Proficiency Level Determination Exam in Teaching Proficiency, and the Court of Accounts Eligibility Exam will also transition to the e-exam format.

The second iteration of the e-TEP, following its debut on November 19th, is scheduled for November 29, 2025. Applications for the exam, which assesses reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), are open until November 28th. Successful candidates will receive certificates valid at the B1, B2, and C1 levels.

President Ersoy also underscored the robust

President Ersoy also underscored the robust security measures implemented at the e-exam centers, including advanced security systems, biometric identity verification, and comprehensive camera monitoring. These centers, located in Adana, Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir, can accommodate approximately 6,000 candidates simultaneously and serve an average of 60,000 individuals annually.

Looking to the future, ÖSYM aims to further expand its reach by establishing e-exam centers in seven regions across Turkey. "We are working on pilot applications in this context," Ersoy explained. "We aim to create a system that will set an example for major examinations by taking into account new technological developments." This ambitious plan signals ÖSYM's dedication to embracing innovation and providing a more accessible and efficient testing experience for candidates nationwide.
