Police confirmed they received a call

Police confirmed they received a call about a woman allegedly scattering trash, confronting passers-by, and even threatening to break windows. By the time officers arrived, however, the public "justice" had already been meted out, with the woman already restrained.

Authorities report that the woman did not require medical treatment and, surprisingly, declined to file a complaint against the individual who taped her to the bench. She was taken to a local police station and apologized for her initial behavior.

The identity of the vigilante remains unknown, and police are currently investigating.

While littering is undoubtedly a problem, resorting to such extreme and degrading measures is never justified. It highlights a concerning lack of faith in the legal system and a disturbing willingness to take the law into one's own hands.
