Russak brings a wealth of experience to the table. He most recently served as Chief Content Officer for AMP World, a digital studio renowned for housing popular creators like Brent Rivera and Ben Azelart. Prior to that, he held the COO position at Bucketsquad, the content creation business founded by YouTube basketball sensation Jesse Riedel (Jesser). During his tenure, Bucketsquad secured back-to-back Streamy Awards for Best Sports Creator in 2022 and 2023.

Fixated envisions Russak collaborating closely with Katz, a former BMG President with deep roots in traditional entertainment, and Wilhelm, a gaming creator and entrepreneur, to develop an integrated ecosystem that encompasses talent management, content production, and multi-platform distribution.
