Regarding the upcoming Super Cup final, Özbek expressed reservations about the Atatürk Olympic Stadium as the venue. While acknowledging he hasn't received official confirmation of the location, he suggested revisiting Şanlıurfa, where a previous final was abandoned. He noted the enthusiastic support from fans in Şanlıurfa and proposed that hosting the final there would provide closure to the unfinished story and honor the community. "There is an unfinished story there. We would thus please the esteemed people of Şanlıurfa," he said. Ultimately, the decision rests with the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), and Galatasaray will respect their final choice.
