Los Angeles was buzzing last night, and not just from the usual Hollywood hustle. Taco Bell's "Live Más Live" event at the Palladium was the place to be, drawing in a surprising mix of celebrities who apparently share a love for all things tacos and, well, more.
Demi Lovato STUNS at Taco Bell Event! What Happene...
Demi Lovato, looking radiant, was among the headliners. Benson Boone, Rachel Bilson, even Doja Cat and Jason Sudeikis made appearances. You know, it's funny, you see these A-listers on red carpets for serious premieres, but put a Mexican Pizza Empanada in front of them and they're suddenly just like us – maybe a little bit more glamorous, but still.
The evening was emceed by Vince Staples, who kept the energy up with games and previews of Taco Bell's upcoming menu. And let me tell you, some of these new items are *out there*. Anderson .Paak even got involved, conducting a choir that turned Taco Bell fan tweets into a musical number. Only in L.A., right? I have to admit, it was surprisingly entertaining.
Ariana Madix, of "Vanderpump Rules" fame, hosted the "Live Más Live Cam," grabbing those candid moments we all crave. I saw her chatting with Nikki and Brie Bella, who later joined Demi Lovato on stage to award some of Taco Bell's most devoted customers. Loyalty programs definitely have their perks, especially when they involve backstage passes and celebrity meet-and-greets.
But let's get to the real star of the show: the food. Taco Bell unveiled over 20 new items, and honestly, it felt like a culinary rollercoaster. Flamin’ Hot® Nacho Fries made a return, and there were Doritos® Cool Ranch® Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets – which, I'm not gonna lie, were surprisingly addictive, especially with the Cool Ranch dipping sauce. Then there was the Mexican Pizza Empanada, a twist on a classic. And, of course, no Taco Bell event is complete without a new Mountain Dew flavor; this time, it was Baja Midnight™.
For those who missed the party, don't fret. "Live Más Live: A Night at The Palladium" is streaming on Peacock. Plus, there are exclusive offers available through the Taco Bell Rewards App. So, even if you weren't hobnobbing with celebs in Hollywood, you can still get your hands on some new Taco Bell treats. It's a win-win, really.
