Hollywood Power Move: Verve Snaps Up Adam Anders! What's Next?
Movies & TV Series 26 February 2026

Big news in the entertainment world today! Verve, the talent and literary agency, has just snagged filmmaker Adam Anders for representation, according to an exclusive report we received. Anders, a name synonymous with musical entertainment, brings a wealth of experience to the table, and Verve is undoubtedly thrilled to have him on board.

Hollywood Power Move: Verve Snaps Up Adam Anders! ...

For those unfamiliar, Anders is the creative force behind some seriously catchy tunes and memorable scenes. Think Netflix’s "The Prom," where he served as producer and executive music producer, injecting the film with its infectious energy. Or Fox's "Glee," a television phenomenon where Anders was the executive music producer, helping to craft the show's iconic sound. And let’s not forget "Rock of Ages," where he not only executive produced the music but also co-wrote the original score. The man's a triple threat – filmmaker, composer, and music producer!

His accolades speak volumes. Two Golden Globe wins, two People's Choice Awards (both for "Glee," naturally), and four Grammy nominations are just the tip of the iceberg. Beyond "Glee," he’s lent his talents as an executive producer or producer to projects like "Sovereign," "Perfect Harmony," the 2017 "Dirty Dancing" remake, and "The Passion." He’s even dipped his toes into animation, producing music for "Captain Underpants," and ABC's musical drama "Monarch." Talk about a diverse portfolio!

Last year, 2023, saw Anders take on even more responsibility, co-writing, directing, and producing the faith-based musical "Journey to Bethlehem" for Sony Pictures’ Affirm Films. And if that wasn't enough, he's currently developing a supernatural thriller based on some pretty major intellectual property, which he'll be writing, directing, and producing himself. This guy clearly doesn’t believe in downtime!

But Anders' influence extends far beyond film and television. He's also produced music for a who's who of pop royalty: Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, the Backstreet Boys, the Jonas Brothers, Jennifer Hudson, and CeeLo Green, to name a few. His contributions have helped these artists achieve a staggering 100 million album sales worldwide. Seriously impressive.

“I’ve spent my career at the intersection of music, storytelling, and film, and I’m excited to be entering this next chapter with Verve,” Anders stated. “They understand the kind of bold, ambitious projects I want to build — meaningful stories that move people. I couldn’t ask for better partners as I continue to push into new territory as a filmmaker.” It certainly sounds like a match made in entertainment heaven. We're eager to see what creative masterpieces emerge from this partnership.

While Anders is joining Verve, he'll continue to be represented by Brillstein Entertainment Partners and Loeb & Loeb. So, it seems he’s keeping a solid team around him as he embarks on this new venture. Best of luck, Adam!
