The introduction of the Hail route will see Qatar Airways operating three weekly flights, providing a crucial link for travelers to access the airline’s extensive network of over 170 destinations worldwide via its hub in Doha. The announcement was made by Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer, Eng Badr Mohammed Al Meer, during a panel discussion at the TOURISE Summit 2025 in Riyadh. Al Meer emphasized the airline's expanding footprint across the Kingdom, highlighting that Qatar Airways now serves all major regions of Saudi Arabia. He noted that in the past year alone, the airline has transported nearly 2.5 million passengers within the Kingdom, a testament to the strong trust and confidence placed in its services.

Beyond the new Hail route, Qatar Airways is also increasing the frequency of its daily flights to both Jeddah and Riyadh, further solidifying its commitment to the Saudi Arabian market. This expansion will provide passengers with greater flexibility and convenience when travelling between Saudi Arabia and the rest of the world.
