Martinez went on to add in a press statement that Yeoh's "extraordinary talent, grace, and groundbreaking career have left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry." Of course, many of us remember vividly when Yeoh made history in 2023. She became the first Asian actress to win the Academy Award for Best Actress for her absolutely mind-blowing performance in "Everything Everywhere All At Once." What a moment!
