MG Motor, the SAIC-owned brand making a splash in Turkey under the stewardship of Doğan Trend Automotive, is kicking off February with some seriously tempting sales incentives. It seems they're looking to keep the momentum going after a solid year, and these offers could be just the ticket to draw in new customers.
MG's February Deals: What Happens Next Will Shock ...
The star of the show, at least in terms of immediate affordability, seems to be the MG HS Luxury. This D-SUV, known for its space and practicality, is being offered at a drive-away price of 2,540,000 TL. That's a pretty attractive number, especially considering the features packed into this model. However, potential buyers should act fast, because availability is limited. The message from MG is clear: these deals are exclusive to authorized dealerships, so it’s worth heading down to your local dealer to see what they can offer.
But the real head-turner, in my opinion, is the MG7. This flagship luxury sedan is a bit of a departure for MG, showcasing innovative design and premium features. It’s clear they are aiming to compete in a higher segment. To sweeten the deal on the MG7, MG is offering a couple of compelling options: a 500,000 TL commercial loan with a 9-month term at 0% interest (perfect for small business owners, perhaps?), or a hefty cash discount of up to 155,000 TL. That kind of flexibility is always appreciated by consumers.
Speaking of the MG7, these discounts bring the Excellence trim down to 2,950,000 TL. For those who want a bit more flair, the Excellence Red Edition, with its eye-catching red Alcantara interior, is priced at 3,080,000 TL after the discount. Personally, I'm a sucker for a well-executed interior, and that red Alcantara sounds pretty slick. The MG7 is definitely positioning itself as a contender in the luxury sedan market, boasting a fastback design, sporty accents, and advanced tech. It is a very different proposition to other MG models.
It's worth remembering that the MG HS, the D-SUV model, boasts a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating, so that's an important factor for families to consider. It’s powered by a 1.5-liter turbo engine delivering 170 PS and 275 Nm of torque, which should provide a reasonably spirited driving experience. All in all, it looks like MG is making a concerted effort to attract a wider range of buyers with these February incentives. Time will tell if they succeed, but these are certainly some compelling offers!
