Trabzonspor walked away victorious in the Black Sea derby, leaving Samsunspor reeling with a decisive 3-0 defeat. The Trendyol Süper Lig clash, part of week 21, was more than just a game; it was a statement. Trabzonspor came ready to fight, and they did just that.

Paul Onuachu, without a doubt, was the man of the match. He bagged two goals (in the 23rd and 81st minutes) that truly showcased his talent. Then there was Ernest Muçi, who drove the dagger in with a 91st-minute penalty. It could have been even worse for Samsunspor – Onuachu actually had two *more* goals chalked off; one for a marginal offside, and another after VAR spotted a foul leading up to it. I think that just goes to show you the kind of pressure Trabzonspor was putting on their opponents. Imagine having *four* goals disallowed in one game – that's a frustrating day at the office, to say the least!

This win catapults Trabzonspor to a comfortable 45 points, cementing their third-place position in the league table. It's keeping their championship dreams very much alive, and the mood in Trabzon will be electric after this result, trust me. Conversely, Samsunspor remains stuck on 30 points. They'll need to find some consistency if they want to climb the table and avoid a relegation battle. It's a tough league, and no one gets a free pass.

Early on, it looked like Samsunspor might give them a run for their money. Ntcham and Oulai were causing problems for the Trabzonspor defense within the first 15 minutes. But Trabzonspor weathered the storm and then, bam, Onuachu headed in a beautiful goal from a Muçi cross in the 23rd minute. You could see the confidence building after that.

Even with Onuachu's disallowed goal in the 38th minute and a great save from Samsunspor's keeper Okan denying Mustafa just before the break, Trabzonspor held onto their lead. The second half was no less dramatic. Onuachu thought he'd scored again in the 55th, but VAR stepped in (again!). And then, just to add insult to injury, Samsunspor even had a goal disallowed for offside in the 59th! Talk about a game of inches.

Finally, in the 81st minute, Onuachu made sure of it, tapping in a close-range pass from Umut Nayir. That pretty much sealed the deal. Muçi's late penalty, awarded after a Soner handball, just put the cherry on top. Now, looking ahead, Samsunspor faces a trip to Hesap.com Antalyaspor in week 22. But the big one? Trabzonspor hosting Fenerbahçe. Get your popcorn ready; that's going to be a *firecracker* of a match!
