Get ready for a dose of sun-drenched romance! A "First Look" featurette has just dropped for *You, Me & Tuscany*, and it's giving us major wanderlust and rom-com vibes. Set to land in theaters on April 10th, the film promises a delightful peek behind the curtain of love, lies, and Tuscan landscapes.

The buzz is building, largely thanks to its stellar cast. Halle Bailey, fresh off her splash in *The Little Mermaid* and *The Color Purple*, stars as Anna, a character many of us can probably relate to – a young woman at a crossroads. She's given up on her culinary dreams (ouch, relatable!) and seems to be making less-than-stellar life choices. We've all been there, right? When Anna loses both her house-sitting gig and her apartment, things are looking bleak. But a chance encounter with Matteo, a charming Italian who owns a vacant villa in Tuscany, sparks a rash decision: she impulsively jets off to Italy. Naturally, her best friend Claire, played by Aziza Scott from *Home Before Dark*, isn't exactly thrilled about this plan.

Here's where it gets interesting. Anna's initial plan to secretly crash at Matteo's villa for a night goes sideways when Matteo's mother, Gabriella, played by Italian cinema legend Isabella Ferrari, unexpectedly arrives. In a moment of pure panic (and classic rom-com fodder), Anna tells Gabriella that she's Matteo's fiancée. Oh boy. This little white lie quickly spirals out of control, especially when Matteo's cousin, Michael (played by the ever-so-charming Regé-Jean Page of *Bridgerton* fame), enters the picture. Anna soon discovers a potential spark with Michael, which could throw her whole life – and her elaborate lie – into chaos. Let's be real, who wouldn't be at least a *little* intrigued by Regé-Jean Page in Tuscany?

The ensemble cast is rounded out by Lorenzo de Moor as Matteo, Marco Calvani as an Italian taxi driver who becomes Anna's confidante (because everyone needs a friendly taxi driver in a foreign country, am I right?), and the wonderful Nia Vardalos from *My Big Fat Greek Wedding* as Mrs. Dunn, Anna's unfortunate house-sitting client. It's an intriguing mix of talent from both sides of the Atlantic, and frankly, I'm already picturing myself sipping Aperol spritzes in a Tuscan villa.

*You, Me & Tuscany* is directed by Kat Coiro, known for her work on *Marry Me* and *Matlock*. The screenplay is by Ryan Engle, who wrote *Rampage* and *Beast*, based on an original concept he developed with Kristin Engle. The film is produced by Will Packer of *Girls Trip* and *Ride Along* fame, alongside Johanna Byer, and executive produced by Ryan and Kristin Engle. All in all, it's a pretty solid team behind what's shaping up to be a must-see rom-com this spring. Mark your calendars – April 10th. We're going to Tuscany (sort of)!
