Rosé, best known as one-quarter of the global phenomenon BLACKPINK, is experiencing a major Grammy moment this year. She’s snagged her very first nomination for her collaboration with Bruno Mars, "APT." Talk about a splash! The song is a serious contender, nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. You know, I've been listening to "APT" non-stop – that blend of Rosé's vocals and Mars' signature sound is just magic. It's definitely deserving of the recognition.

Then there's Lady Gaga. Honestly, what *isn't* she nominated for? Gaga's a force to be reckoned with this year, racking up a staggering seven nominations. "MAYHEM" is up for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album, and her "Joker 2: Folie À Deux" companion album, "Harlequin," is in the running for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. Plus, songs "Abracadabra" and "Disease" are also in contention. It’s interesting to see her nominated in both pop and traditional pop categories; it speaks to her incredible versatility as an artist. Last year, Gaga shared the Grammys stage with Bruno Mars, dedicating their performance to the victims of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires – a truly touching moment that highlighted the power of music to heal.

The Best New Artist segment is always a highlight, and this year is no exception. We’ll be treated to a medley featuring performances from a diverse group of rising stars: Olivia Dean, Addison Rae, Katseye, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren, Lola Young, The Marias, and Sombr. I'm particularly excited to see what Leon Thomas brings to the stage – he's been on my radar for a while now.

Sabrina Carpenter is also set to light up the stage. She's nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "Manchild," her infectious lead single. And her album, "Man's Best Friend," is up for Album of the Year. This is on top of her three additional nominations! Let’s not forget, Carpenter already has two Grammy wins under her belt – Best Pop Solo Performance for "Espresso" and Best Pop Vocal Album for "Short n’ Sweet." She really is having a moment. Just last year she gave a memorable Grammy's debut focusing on fundraising for MusiCares. She really gave a performance to remember!

Kendrick Lamar leads the pack with nine nominations, but the competition is fierce across all categories. The 2026 Grammys are shaping up to be an unforgettable night, and we'll be sure to keep you updated as more performers are announced. Tune in February 1st – you won't want to miss it!
