Gaming News 03 December 2025

Good news for all you dungeon-crawling, shop-managing enthusiasts out there! Digital Sun's *Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault*, the sequel we've all been waiting for, just launched into early access last month, and already we're seeing a sweet discount. If you've been holding out, now might be the time to jump in.

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault Is Discounted On ...

Specifically, Fanatical is offering the game for $20.09. That's nearly ten bucks off its regular $30 price tag! Compared to the $24.89 you'd shell out on Steam itself, this is a pretty significant saving. And let's be honest, every little bit helps these days, right?

For those unfamiliar, *Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault* builds upon the unique blend of shop simulation and action-roguelike gameplay that made the original *Moonlighter* such a hit. But this time, things are getting a 3D makeover. Gone is the top-down 2D perspective; instead, we're treated to a 3D isometric view. This change, along with some expanded accessibility options, promises a fresh experience for returning fans and a welcoming entry point for newcomers.

Now, while this deal is specific to PC, it's worth remembering that *Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault* is also available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Plus, Xbox Game Pass subscribers get day-one access. So, there are options for everyone, no matter your platform of choice.

Personally, I was a huge fan of the original *Moonlighter* back in 2018. That 16-bit retro art style just oozed charm. Fanatical is also offering the original game at a discounted price, $14.69, which I'd say is a bargain if you missed out on it the first time around. It's a great way to get a feel for the world and gameplay before diving into the sequel.

But that's not all! Fanatical seems to be on a roll with discounts. They're also slashing prices on other recent releases like *Wheel World* and *LEGO Voyagers*. And if you're the type to plan ahead, you can even snag pre-order discounts on upcoming titles like *Resident Evil Requiem*, *Nioh 3*, and *Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection*. Pretty solid lineup, if you ask me.

One final note: it's worth mentioning that GameSpot and Fanatical are both owned by Fandom. Just something to keep in mind when considering these deals.

So, if you're looking for a new game to sink your teeth into, and you don't want to break the bank, head over to Fanatical and check out *Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault*. Happy gaming!
